What is the Extra Mile ActionCLUB?
We are a group of entrepreneurs who come together once a month to network, learn, and push each other to excel. We’re families, main street businesses, service providers, and leaders, coming together to tackle our most ambitious goals.
How Does it Work?
Members of this flexible group coaching program work together with certified, award-winning coach Caitlin Blundell to build businesses that work for them, not just because of them. It’s guaranteed that in this community, you’ll grow even faster.
8 in-person meetings/year ➜
Members meet in-person in Mississauga, ON, coming together to learn, collaborate, and check in with a business coach over an informal educational networking lunch.
Visitors welcome ➜
If you just want to visit or attend an event, grab your visitor pass to a member day or join a workshop. Come and see the community impact for yourself!
1–3 custom programs/quarter ➜
Members can gain access to in-person workshops and coach-led group programs, which involve planning and implementing core strategies together.

Not every program is mandatory to attend. We’ve designed a system that allows you to tailor your level of participation month-to-month.

Membership Benefits:
8 membership lunch & learn days per year
Morning keynote, interactive discussions, and networking lunch. Typically the 3rd Friday in Jan, Feb, April, May, July, Aug, Oct, and Nov.
4 quarterly planning workshops per year
GrowthCLUB is our quarterly business planning workshop. Typically the 3rd Friday in March, June, Sept, and December.
8 member workshops per year
After lunch, take what was discussed in the morning and go deeper into applying it for your unique context. It’s where members move from learning to action and results.
Business Coaching & Strategy
Full members enjoy private coaching calls with Coach Caitlin, plus access to the ActionCOACH Business Operating System (ABoS).

Basic – Flex Membership
Become an ActionCLUB Member! $300 annual fee per participant + opt-in to program activities. Commit to working ON your business, not just IN your business.
$300 / year + opt-in program fees
- Opt-in program fees: GrowthCLUB business planning events: $345, member workshops: $295, and $125 for each additional person added from the same company.
- Your minimum commitment: 1 program per quarter.
- Optional enrollment: Every month, you decide whether or not to opt-in to paid programming. We just ask you commit to at least one per quarter to keep your business goals on track.
- Your total investment (for 1 person): Can range from $1380 – $4140 per year, depending on program participation.
Basic – Full Membership
With the Full ActionCLUB package, you gain unrestricted access to Member workshops, GrowthCLUBs, coaching calls, and business software!
$345 / month
- Opt-in programs: With a Full Membership, we’ll save you a seat at all opt-in programs, (i.e. GrowthCLUB business planning or member workshops).
- Your minimum commitment: 1 program per quarter.
- Optional enrollment: While it’s not required to attend every included opt-in program, they are a part of your Membership. We recommend you commit to at least one per quarter to keep your business goals on track.
- Business Coaching: You’ll gain access to 2 private calls a month, at 15 minutes each, plus the ActionCOACH Business Operating System
- (ABoS) and a DISC behavioral evaluation.
Premium Membership
Upgrade for one-on-one coaching to help you get to the next level faster, and (optionally) invite a trusted team member to join the group sessions while you work directly with Caitlin.
- Access to all membership programs
- Two 30-minute private coaching calls with Coach Caitlin per month
- Unlimited coach contact (phone/text/email)
- ActionCOACH portal access for ongoing education
- One alignment session per year: an in-depth analysis to identify business strategies to implement or improve
- One DISC evaluation

12 Month Commitment
Elite Membership
For those who really want to kick their business along and achieve big goals this year. Suitable for leadership teams. This may be a prelude to an exit strategy or market expansion.
- Everything in Premium membership
- Extended coaching sessions (60 minutes instead of 30) can include the owner or up to 3 people from your leadership team
- Team alignment session: a half day of training, planning, goal setting, and strategic prioritization for all key members of your team
- DISC evaluations for your leadership team (up to 3)
