Kevin’s professional journey started at Siemens Canada in medical imaging, where he rapidly became a leading MRI field technician and played a pivotal role in establishing private MRI and CAT scan clinics, including Calgary’s Mayfair Clinic. His career at Siemens culminated in his role as National Technology Manager, where he established the company’s first nationwide Customer Service Centre.

As a consultant, Kevin honed his passion for customer service, leading to his position as Chief Strategy Officer with a North Carolina sports consulting group. Here, he worked with major sports companies like Shimano and Camelbak, enhancing their sales, customer service, and leadership development.
