The sheer size and scope of creating and publishing everything that happens in your company into usable workflows, checklists, processes, and systems appears as a massive and daunting task to be certain. Congratulations if you have done so, or are currently working away at it. Many of our clients in the $1M to $5M revenue range have accomplished this long ago, yet come to us wanting to most effectively move the systems and processes they’ve worked so hard creating off of the shelf and into action.
