Since starting her professional life in the Okanagan at the age of 17, Ester had observed firsthand the critical importance of understanding and cultivating the “people” part of a business. Regardless of industry, size, or profit, Human Factors are what create the unique fingerprint of every organization, and it quickly became her passion to provide Businesses with the tools and skills necessary to lead their organizations to growth through their greatest resource: their people.
With a MSc. in Occupational Psychology from the University of Leicester, and a specialization in psychometric assessments, she has applied research-driven tactics in a multitude of organizations looking to engage their workforce and help build a thriving culture, as well as delivered in countless workshops, seminars and speaking events on the subject. Her experience has led her to working with the Canadian Red Cross, YMCA Canada, Kelowna Chamber of Commerce, KPMG Canada, Canadian Tire, and many more local, national, and international companies. Ester Pike is a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society, a 2020 Top 40 Under 40 recipient, and a former Vice President of her local Junior Chamber International chapter.
